About

I started trail running in 2015 after dropping out at km 60 of the VMM 70K – and spent the next nine years understanding why. Since 2019 I have coached full time, focused on Vietnamese runners preparing for their first 70K–100K: running in heat and humidity, fuelling when your stomach goes on strike, and the head game of the second night. I believe in moderate volume, a lot of climbing and honest training logs.

Experience

Four VMM 100K top-3 finishes (2019–2024), Ha Giang Ultra 70K winner 2023, UTMB CCC finisher 2022. Coached more than 120 athletes, 63 of them to a first 100K finish with a 91 % completion rate.
