Refund & transfer policy

Refund rules depend on what you bought. Here is the default policy; organizers and sellers may publish their own within these bounds.
Trail Packs
Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded, except where a route is withdrawn or materially wrong.
Race registrations
Follow the organizer's rules shown at registration. Typical: 70% refund > 60 days, 50% > 30 days, no refund after. MONT service fees are non-refundable.
Shop orders
Return unused items within the store's return window (default 7 days). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Coaching
Full refund if the coach does not confirm within 72 h. After confirmation, cancellations follow the coach's package terms.
MONT Pass
Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds.
